LIQUIDATION OF COMPANIES <\/strong><\/p>

Dissolution and Liquidation of Companies<\/strong><\/p>

When a Company is dissolved, the General Meeting can justify this liquidation with different reasons:<\/p>

  • For expiration of the term or deadline established in the Articles of Association.<\/li>
